Dr. Leolani Ah Quin, is a doctor of behavioral health and licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience across the criminal justice, education, tribal, and behavioral health diaspora.
Micki is a Board-Certified RN case manager with multi-state licensure with more than 20 years’ experience in managing high and complex caseloads.
Services include physical health, nutrition, chronic disease management, health screenings and telemedicine and home-based visits.
Includes therapy and counseling with individuals and families, including behavior coaching, peer and family support and case management.

Healthy Heart focuses on helping people prevent or manage the “Trifecta”, diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. Our total wellness approach to these disease processes includes providing care for people physically, mentally, and spiritually.
With a focus on keeping families together through crisis, the goal is to reduce the rate of children of color in DCS custody. The collaborative service and supports exist to provide emergency implementation of services for the family to prevent removal of children from the home.
The health and well-being of our fathers, brothers and sons are priority. Zion provides physical and mental health care services specifically targeting Black men to help manage the stress of daily life as a man of color in an unhealthy social climate. Zion offers therapy, groups, physical fitness, life skills and peer support to help men stand and thrive despite the challenges they may face.
