Shawn Pearson: A Catalyst for Kingdom Growth and Community Empowerment
Shawn Pearson is a highly accomplished Apostle, Evangelist, and Teacher, whose entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision have led to profound, legacy-building community impact. Her dedication to fostering businesses for the Kingdom of God earned her a recent induction into the Titan 100 CEO Hall of Fame and Honorary Doctorate in Christian Leadership and Business. She has directly contributed to the launch or enhancement of nearly 100 businesses, a testament to her expertise. In recognition of her significant contributions, Mrs. Pearson was named Minority Business Enterprise of the Year by The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and “Woman with Vision” by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in 2022. She was also recognized as one of the top 100 CEOs in Phoenix by TITAN 100 in both 2022 and 2023.
As the owner of WISPHer Consulting and Unlimited Solutions Group, Mrs. Pearson specializes in minority entrepreneur development. Her role as Development Specialist for The F.I.R.M. (Focused Intentional Reorganizational Ministry) highlights her skill in bringing strategic organizational development to church reorganization, resulting in accelerated ministry growth. Notably, as Co-Founder and CEO of Zion Institute, she spearheaded the vision for THE WELL @ Zion Institute in South Phoenix, an initiative dedicated to providing transformational community resources and social enterprise training, which expanded to multiple locations in 2025.
Leveraging Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) strategies, Mrs. Pearson is a skilled organizer who builds capacity within communities and the marketplace. Her pioneering work includes numerous community-led initiatives and service on government-led committees, all aimed at fostering community transformation and creating generational wealth. With expertise honed since 1995 in nonprofit organizational development and administration, Mrs. Pearson has advised and trained organizations across the United States and internationally in Africa.

Shawn brought her experiences to Phoenix, Arizona, and saw a unique need for engagement, service learning, and other various opportunities to break the local cycles of poverty.
Founded - Ambitious Ladies of Toady (ALOT)
Shawn founded the Ambitious Ladies of Today (ALOT), establishing a network of ambitious female leaders within the community. This set the stage for something truly remarkable.
Expansion - Kingdom Communities of the Valley
ALOT 's mission expanded, and along with it, the Kingdom Communities of the Valley were born. Evolving into a robust social enterprise committed to community engagement. Designed to empower non-profit and for-profit organizations, enhancing their capacity to perform community service projects through a common goal.
The Zion Institute
Kingdom Communities of the Valley's mission expanded, and along with it, a new name of the Zion Institute. This latest chapter of the organization fostered stronger community partnerships focused on solving social life detriments for local families in South Phoenix.
The Well Campus
This new campus facilitated the development of dozens of successful community service programs and initiatives, bringing new businesses, service providers, and ministries to life and significantly benefiting local families in South Phoenix.
