Mr. Williams is an advocate for fitness, health, and wellness. Healthy longevity is a long-time passion and has long been a focus for Richard over his life.
He started Will to Win Fitness, in 1992 was the owner and operator of Silver Stand Fitness 2000.
He then formed Supercom, Inc, a wireless communication company in 2002. His work in the wireless industry was centered around acquiring wireless cell site leases and helped facilitate the mergers of Alltel and Verizon as well as T-Mobile and Nextel.
Later, he formed Will to Win LLC , a life coaching business focusing on mentoring and helping young men make better life choices

Dr. Leolani Ah Quin, is a doctor of behavioral health and licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience across the criminal justice, education, tribal, and behavioral health diaspora. Dr. Ah Quin serves as the Clinical Director for The Zion Institute.
As a trained provider in integrated behavioral health, she is redefining the department’s provision of services and laying the foundation for fully integrated behavioral health in a primary care clinic.
A graduate of the University of Hawaii-Hilo with a degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice, with a Master of Social Work degree at Arizona State University while working for a tribal community with services and care to domestic abuse victims.
She also has extensive experience working in acute care inpatient psychiatric facilities. She is a Robert Woods Johnson – Clinical Scholar Alumni and was appointed to the Federal Advisory Committee on Native Children as a rep for Native Hawaiian youth.

A proven Early Education professional for over 20 years, Ms. Thomas has had the pleasure of working as an infant, toddler, and preschool teacher as well as a before and after school program assistant. In 2020 she became a Center Director catapulting into a leadership role where she embraced a multitude of responsibilities.

Harold G. Branch III began his work with youth and communities of need over 25 years ago. He is a proud graduate of Maricopa community colleges who also earned a B.S. in Communication, M.S. in Coaching Psychology, & is currently pursuing a PhD. in Performance Psychology.
